In this case, we dealt with a large private house on the ocean. We had a little bit of freedom in this project and we chose the Tuscan style. We think it is ideal for warm countries.

First floor has total area 373 sq.mt.: living room+kitchen+dining room, hall, bathroom, cinema room, library, office, pool, garage, garden.
Second floor has totla area 158 sq.mt.: master bedroom, two balcons, two bathroom+wc, wardrobe, hall, three bedrooms, store room, office
